  6. 2. Click Make Movie Self-Contained.

  9.     non-Apple computers.ΓÇ¥

  11.     This saves the movie in a file 
  12.     format that is compatible with 
  13.     computers other than the 
  14.     Macintosh. The saved movie can 
  15.     still be played on a Macintosh.
